Caleni is built to help you organize tasks, habits, reminders, and events without turning your personal planning into a data product. This page explains what the app can access, why that access exists, and where you stay in control.

Data We Access

Caleni only requests access to Apple services that support the planning features you choose to use.

  • Calendar: used only to display and organize your events inside the app.
  • Reminders: used only when you explicitly enable reminders sync.
  • Notifications: used only to deliver reminders and alerts you create.

Data Storage

Planning data you create in Caleni may be stored locally on your device. Subscription and entitlement state may be validated through Apple services when purchases are made through the App Store.

Data Sharing

Caleni does not sell your personal data. Apple may process billing and subscription information for purchases handled through the App Store.

User Control

  • You can revoke Calendar, Reminders, and Notifications permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
  • You can remove local app data by deleting the app, unless a future cloud sync feature is enabled.
